The equipment used in this project is the HON MING Combined Direct Expansion Clean Air Conditioning Unit. The HON MING HMZK series combined direct expansion clean air conditioning unit is a high-tech product that combines the latest air-source compression condensing technology with air treatment technology from Hong Ming Technology. It is particularly suitable for applications with special requirements in medical and health care, biopharmaceuticals, microelectronics, automotive manufacturing, laboratory research, food processing, and educational institutions.
This unit has technical advantages such as self-contained cooling sources, customized air treatment, and integrated control. High-Quality Components for Efficient Low Noise Operation: Outdoor units feature branded fully enclosed scroll compressors known for high efficiency and low noise levels. Indoor units utilize high-quality double-inlet centrifugal fans (AMCA certified), non-scroll fans (optional), or EC fans (optional). Fan impellers and belts undergo dynamic balancing testing before leaving the factory to ensure quiet operation and extended lifespan.

Humanized Design for Control and Reliable Operation: Adopts a full-frame structure with all panels being detachable for easy unit installation and maintenance. The unit is equipped with inspection doors for quick internal component checks and maintenance, allowing all repair work to be conducted from one side of the unit without the need for additional space on the other side. All sharp corners of unit components are treated to eliminate potential hazards.
Selection of Internationally Renowned Brand Filters: Multiple filter levels can be selected, ensuring each filter operates at its optimal level. Optional configurations include chemical filters and electronic purification filters.
